• Additional Info

  • It may change depending on the situation of the day such as the time and order of the tour. The itinerary will change depending on the hotel you are staying at.
  • Rates are per person.
  • Up to 1 infant (0-2 years old) per adult. At the time of departure of the flight, the infant is up to 1 year old (24 months).
  • Infants (0-2 years old) do not have seats or meals. If you wish to have a seat and meals, please apply for the adult fare.
  • For this tour, a ticket will be issued at the same time as the reservation. Therefore, please note that in case of cancellation, USD 250 (same amount for children) will be charged per person regardless of the cancellation policy.
  • In rare cases, flights between Manila and Caticlan may be delayed. If your flight is delayed, your time on Boracay may be shortened.
  • If there is a delay of one hour or more, we will refund a part of the tour price. Refunds are calculated on an hourly basis and are USD 63 per person per hour (delays not exceeding one hour are not eligible).
  • Example 1) $ 63 refund if flight from Manila to Caticlan is delayed by 1 hour and 30 minutes
  • Example 2) No refund if flight from Manila to Caticlan is delayed by 45 minutes
  • Example 3) USD 189 refund if flight from Manila to Caticlan is delayed by 3 hours
  • If you have any plans after the tour, please let us know in advance just in case.
  • If we are over capacity on the day of the tour, or if the luggage cannot be accommodated, we may arrange an additional vehicle (for a fee) separately. If you have large loads such as large cardboard boxes, golf bags, baby strollers, wheelchairs, diving equipment, etc., please let us know in advance at the time of booking.
  • Pick-up and drop-off are limited to Bay Area, Makati and BGC areas. Additional charges may apply for pick-up and drop-off in other areas. Please contact us if you would like to be picked up in a different area.
  • It is possible to leave the group in the middle of the tour (no refunds, etc.).
  • We do not recommend tours on the day of your return.
  • In rare cases, the plane will not operate due to sudden bad weather. Please note that we are not responsible for any problems that may occur when you return to Japan.
  • Checked baggage such as suitcases is not included in the ticket between Manila and Caticlan. If necessary, you will have to pay for it yourself at the airport.
  • You can use the shower and changing room of the surfside hotel for 200 pesos locally. * Payment directly from the customer
